Cabinet Design - Mold Loading Typical

The drawing at left shows a typical multimold arrangement for a 72-Cabinet Oven By adding molds, the cost per molded part is optimized. The high gas recirculation volume and velocity decreases mold spacing and adds to mold density. Absence of a spider and carriage allows the molds to be placed more central to the oven - premium processing space.

Spool Arrangement

Optimized: Total cavity volume is commited to molding - if it fits this diagram, it will run in this oven. Central mold arms with molds mounted to the side or a perimeter loop with molds mounted to the center are both available - choose the one that gives you the best result.

Spool Isometrtic View

The spool closes both ends of the oven. The drives are peripheral to the spool and are completely mounted outside the heated chamber. Front and top access are designed to make mold change-out a snap. Short runs can be scheduled easily.
