	Rotomolding Oven - Shuttle Design
	Of the two shuttle designs available, the clamshell (by others) is the least space efficient. The tunnel system, shown above, uses an rigid enclosed cavity and precision shuttle movement. It offers the best in compact space requiremts and tight oven construction (energy efficient - cooler factory floor). The computer continuously calculates offset, exponential integral gas burner control, control.
	Spool Management
	The Anduran Biaxial Shuttle Oven is built around the same efficient spool design as is used in the Cabinet style ovens. The rotating spool closes the end of the oven while the shuttle is in the heating cycle and moves with the the shuttle when the cycle is finished. The spool ends contain the overspray when cooling water sprays are on during the cooling cycle. This keeps the factory floor dry. The spool style shuttle improves the balance of the mold mounting harnesses and simplifies the drives.
	Shuttle Operation
	The shuttle is track mounted - the fit to the oven is deigned to be very close. Heat loss is minimized. Full mold access from the front, side and top is provided for mold instalation and parts removal. The continuous duty oven can be fired with any fuel.
